We’re excited to kick off the festival and event season at Mad River Market this Saturday, April 19th, 2025, from 12–7 PM. We’ll be in the Healing Barn with our massage chairs, offering short tune-up sessions to help you feel your best. Catch us most Thursdays from June through mid-August at this fun local event! Enjoy some awesome music from local bands and connect with your community. We’ll have our massage chairs out and ready for you!

🌬️ Movement Tip of the Month: Deep Belly Breathing for Low Back Relief
Low back pain is incredibly common—and while posture and daily habits play a role, breath is often an overlooked key to relief.
When we breathe deeply, we encourage a natural movement of the thoracic diaphragm, which gently pulses the abdominal organs through compression. If our abdominal muscles are chronically tight (from stress or holding the belly in), it can restrict this movement and contribute to back pain.
By softening the belly and allowing a full, relaxed breath, we support the spine and nervous system—offering gentle, profound relief.
