An important update regarding our payment policies:
Like many small businesses, we have experienced rising costs across nearly every aspect of operating our practice. In addition, we have been absorbing all credit card processing fees through our online booking system. Last year alone, these fees totaled nearly $1,000—an expense that has a meaningful impact on a small, independently owned business.
Beginning March 2026, all credit card payments processed through our website will include a 3.5% processing fee, which directly covers the cost charged by the payment processor. If you prefer to avoid this fee, we are always happy to accept cash or check.
We are also making an adjustment to how payments are handled when booking services, packages, or events. Moving forward:
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking for any appointments, package or event.
Card information will be used only to reserve your spot and to enforce late cancellation or no-show policies.
Payment will be due before or at the time of service for all appointments, packages, and events.
We will happily charge your card on file at time of first appointment if you prefer.
Beginning in April 2026, we will be increasing prices for select services. This adjustment will better reflect the time and effort as well as the evolving value of the work we offer. Services affected will include Body Map Assessments, 60:60 Bodywork & Yoga sessions, and Robert’s massage sessions. To help with this adjustment, we are offering clients the opportunity to book out their sessions at the current price for 6 months (through October!)
If you have any questions about these changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We are Accepting new clients!
If our work has helped you feel and move better, we’d be grateful if you’d help spread the word. Leaving a review on Google, Facebook, or Yelp makes a real difference—it helps others feel confident about booking with us. And if you know friends or family who could benefit from our services, please feel free to share our contact information with them.
We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care that helps you feel and move your best and we’re truly grateful for your ongoing support and trust.
Thank you for the privilege of helping you on your healing journey…we look forward to another year together.
Warmly,
Robert & Wren
