As the days grow longer and nature awakens, spring invites us to refresh, renew, and realign. Just as we clear out clutter with a little spring cleaning, this season is the perfect time to refresh our wellness routines and recommit to self-care. Whether it’s deepening your yoga practice, indulging in a restorative massage, or simply taking a mindful breath of fresh air, let this be a time of growth and renewal for both body and mind. Exciting News from VMC

We’re starting a Chair Massage Clinic!

Join us once a month on the 3rd Saturday for our Chair Massage Clinic! For just $20, enjoy a 15-minute tune-up to keep you feeling great between appointments. The clinic runs from 1–5 PM, and registration is available through our booking portal. Simply select your preferred time and enter your payment information—please note that for this clinic, your card will be charged at the time of booking to secure your spot. Registration remains open until 1 PM on the day of the clinic. We look forward to helping you recharge!

The Science of Breath

Sunday March 30th 1-3pm

Join us for an educational and experiential deep dive into the science of breathing and how to harness its power for well-being. In traditional yoga, breathing practices were taught before postures as they were recognized to be more fundamental to shifting consciousness. This workshop explores cutting-edge research on breath and its impact on the nervous system, including the differences between nasal and mouth breathing, techniques to quickly alter your state, and essential breath-related anatomy and physiology. We’ll explore some abdominal massage and gentle yoga postures to help free the diaphragm. Limited to 8 students…reserve your spot now!!
